How to Request Deletion

To initiate the deletion of your account, please send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - [Your Email/Username]".

In your email, please include:

• Your full name used in the app.
• The email address or phone number associated with your account.
• A brief statement confirming that you want your account and personal data permanently deleted.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request:

1. We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
2. Your account will be deactivated immediately upon verification.
3. Your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).
